1. Reservation & Payment: A 50% downpayment is required
to confirm booking. The
remaining balance must be paid upon check-in.
2. Cancellation Policy: Downpayments are non-refundable
but re-bookable within 6
months, provided notice is given at least 7 days before the check-in date.
3. Check-in/Check-out: Standard Check-in: 2:00 PM |
Check-out: 12:00 NN. Early
check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and extra fees.
4. House Rules: No smoking inside rooms. Cleanliness
must be maintained. Damages to
property will be charged accordingly.
5. Noise Policy: Please be mindful of neighbors
specially during late hours (10 PM
onwards). Videoke volume should be regulated.
6. Safety & Liability: The management is not liable for
loss of personal belongings
or accidents caused by negligence. Please watch your children at all times near the pool.
Additional Policies
Payment: The payment for your hotel booking will be
processed by our payment processor. You will be
charged the full amount of your booking at the time of booking.
Cancellations and Changes: Cancellations and changes to
your hotel booking must be made in writing to us at
averyridgeresortinc@gmail.com. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your check-in date
will be refunded in full. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your check-in date will not be
refunded. Changes to your hotel booking may be subject to a fee. The amount of the fee will
depend on the date of the change and the availability of the hotel room.
Refunds: If you are not satisfied with your hotel stay,
you may request a refund. Refunds will be
processed on a case-by-case basis.
Liability: We are not liable for any damages that you
may suffer as a result of your use of the Webstore.
This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or personal
injury.
Miscellaneous: These Terms are governed by the laws of
the State of Laguna. Any disputes arising out of these
Terms will be resolved in the courts of the State of Laguna.
Changes to Terms: We may change these Terms at any
time. The most current version of the Terms will be posted on
the Webstore.
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire
agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Webstore.
